About the Journal
Nusantara Criminal Law Journal: Jurnal Hukum Pidana (NCLJ) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by PT Adikara Cipta Aksa that focuses on the development of criminal law scholarship at both national and international levels. The journal serves as a platform for the dissemination of original research articles, conceptual studies, and critical analyses concerning substantive criminal law, criminal procedure law, criminal policy, criminology, victimology, and criminal justice reform.
