Authors are not required to pay any submission fee when submitting manuscripts to NCLJ. All submitted manuscripts are processed, screened, and evaluated through the journal’s editorial and double-blind peer-review procedures without charge.

NCLJ does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs), publication fees, editorial processing fees, peer-review fees, article handling fees, or page charges. Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are not required to make any payment before or after publication.
